Mission Inn Resort & Club is nestled in the gently rolling hills of Lake County at the crossroads of Florida, making it easily accessible to major highways and interstates. The resort sprawls across the state’s central highlands, an area known for its scenic beauty and temperate climate. Although its regal architecture gives it the appearance of a historic Spanish mission or private estate, it was originally planned to be a horticultural empire in the early 1900s since its location was ideal for citrus growing. These days, the resort is known for being home to some of Florida’s best golf. The challenging El Campeon Course was constructed in 1917 and a second championship course, Las Colinas, was added in 1992. In addition to golf, there are also eight tennis courts that are lighted for night play, an expansive pool, and a luxurious spa, all set amongst swaying palm trees and lush tropical foliage. There are many outdoor recreational activities available as well including fishing, sailing, and bicycling
